Cailen Wattenbarger-Baker DNP, PMHNP-BC, CNE

Cailen is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and provides comprehensive care for individuals with substance use disorders and other mental health conditions.

Cailen offers ADOS-II assessments for autism spectrum disorder, providing thorough evaluations and diagnostic services for individuals seeking clarity and support. She is also trained in advanced and evidence-based treatments, including Spravato® for treatment-resistant depression and persistent suicidal ideation.

In the treatment of substance use disorders, Cailen utilizes medication-assisted therapies such as Sublocade®, Vivitrol®, Brixadi®, and Subutex®, tailoring care plans to meet each patient’s unique needs. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on long-term wellness and recovery.

Rebekah Cloud is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She specializes in primary care and weight loss treatments, helping patients achieve sustainable health goals through individualized, medically supervised plans.

Rebekah also offers Botox® treatments for chronic migraines and IV hydration therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support wellness, symptom relief, and overall health.
